Founded by Tina Charles on the legacy of a historic undefeated run, the brand is built on discipline, commitment, and the communities that shape us. We do not chase trends, gimmicks, or posture. What 78-0 really means
78–0 represents one of the most dominant achievements in college basketball history: the UConn Women’s Basketball team's back-to-back undefeated national championship seasons, winning 78 consecutive games without a loss.
As a member of that historic team, founder Tina Charles helped continue a standard of excellence built on preparation, accountability, sacrifice, and commitment. The name, the number, and the foundation story were earned on the court through real work. That achievement inspired 78–0 Hazy IPA, our flagship release. More than a beer, it serves as the foundation of the brand’s identity and the benchmark for every future story, partnership, and release under the 78 Brewing Co. name.
